Proposals

These are the 3 proposals I proposed last Thursday, which is on 28th October 2010. Unfortunately I couldn't proposed earlier because I was insisted to meed my elder brother and yes I know it's unreasonable and I should email my lecturers about this earlier.

Proposal 1

status : rejected.

Title
eSports

Background
eSports now has become a culture to the young generation all around the world. Adults, largely parents, need to understand the culture and encourage their children interest in competitive gaming sports as how they encourage them to study and to participate themselves in co-curriculum events.

Problem Identification

Gaming is a waste of time and it's a useless hobby. Parents prefer their childen to spend more time on their studies and co-curriculum sports and eventually hoping the best out of it from them.

Aim and Objectives

To introduce the highest level of competitive gaming and taking it as the same level of ordinary sports event, also to innovate gamers from taking it as a usual hobby to carry themselves on competitive stage.

Motivation

eSports in Malaysia has been an underground phenomena for a long time. As a competitive gamer myself who had won countless titles and trophies in tournaments, locals need to know the achievement of our local gamers and how much they contributed themselves to the country, as they have waved the Jalur Gemilang in the highest stage of competitive gaming events.

Ideation and Concept
Users can interact with the program, and there are few levels for them to finish. The higher level they got themselves through, the harder the game is. After the game is finished, user's gaming skills will be measured based on how much points per level they scored.
